NUTRITION COACHING

Whether you want to lose or gain weight, gain strength, get a better relationship with food or just want to optimize your nutrition, I got you! As a dietician I am specialized in all kinds of nutrition-related health problems, such as obesity, diabetes, hypertension and so on.  I combine my knowledge of nutrition with my experience as a personal trainer and coach, to guide you to your goals! 

 

What does nutrition coaching look like? 

Intake An intake (online/on location) of 1 to 1,5 hour to discuss your current lifestyle and your goals, needs and obstacles. Together we make a plan that fits your lifestyle and meets your goals.
Follow-up We plan a follow-up every 2 to 4 weeks after the intake. In the mean time you can text or email me with questions or challenges. We continue this path as long as desirable.
